Storage
To extend the shelf life of your spices, store them in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from heat and moisture. Avoid storing them near the stove or in direct sunlight.
It is a good idea to keep spices in airtight containers to prevent exposure to air, which can cause them to lose their flavour and aroma more quickly.
Although it is not recommended to keep spices in a refrigerator, just like pantry
